image transfer..... {gone wrong}

working my 100 day project and going with whatever seems to speak to me as i grab each new timecard. wanted to do an image transfer, but my impatience was clearly the issue on this one; however, i tend to by tenacious and will continue to work something until i am happy.......

such is the case here....
